My fitbit has gone erratic 1 month after replacing battery.

I have recently changed the battery and fitbit worked fine for 1 month after that. Now it shows very erratic readings...even if I walk 7 kms it shows like 0.5 km,35000 steps,5000 cal ....I checked the battery strength again in battery shop,it shows fully charged but in fitbit it shows fully drained.I am unable to use fitbit though it was bought only 8 months back.

MIne started doing the exact same thing yesterday, so I came here to see what others were saying. MIne is about a year old, changed the battery 2 weeks ago, the time is way off (appears to be now way to reset that, and the miles and steps are completely off kilter!
