I have tried all the suggestions on the discussions to sync my new zip and nothing is working. I even uninstalled the fitbit app and restarted my computer.
I have tried it on my windows 10 to no avail-my device manager looks for the zip, finds it and says driver error-will not pair with it.
On my apple laptop it worked once and then from there it went downhill to driver error.
I even tried redoing it there as well-to no avail.
I am now at my wits end and will be looking for a differant pedometer brand to use-one that will work.
I am tired of this.

Tried everything on my windows 10 machine still says driver error.
I just retried my apple macbook pro and it worked-Yay! I will just use the apple for it.
Heck with doing it on the windows 10 machine tired of trying.

I haven't been able to get my fditbit to sync since Wed. Have tried everything that I can think. Help

Took battery out of my zip and waited 10 sec. Fitbit still does not sync with all of the computer program tiles.

I cannot sync my zip with the Windows 10 machine-however it syncs fine with my apple probook-with ElCapitan.
I have fitbit app on my windows 10 machine and it is synced with sparkpeople-I just sync the zip with the apple. Works for now.
