Error 400 on iPhone

I have tried everything to connect Zip to iPhone but iPhone doens’t allow any codes. It says error 400 always. I have switched off and on iPhone, Zip, Bluetooth and still i get error 400 everytime. I have latest update in my phone. I also tried deleting the app and downloading it again.
