In the app, there is an option to "track my exercise," which allows you to manually enter in exercise that isn't registered by your tracker.

Hey there @Lupin, welcome! That's because your Zip was designed to track step based activities. As @MakMak mentioned, in this case we recommend using "tracking exercise" (manual log) for your workout.
Manually logging is used if you are doing an activity that does not require steps (like cycling), or an activity that requires more than just steps (like box fit), logging the activity manually improves the accuracy of this activity's contribution to your caloric burn.
