I have a Zip!!!!!!! Recently I received a note that an update was available. I ran the update and found out it was for the Force. Now every few days, my computer trys to sync with a Force and I have to re-sync my Zip. How did I receive this?
Best AnswerWelcome to the Community @ling33! This sounds very weird. However, I'd check out if you are logged into the correct Fitbit account. If you're, verify if your PC is running the latest version of Fitbit connect which it's: 2.0.1.6742. If the issue persists, please provide a screenshot of what you're getting and the Windows version that your PC is running.

Best AnswerHi, @ling33 , I have not seen this before with a Zip , but I know that some users of Charge / Charge HR have had this issue. A tweak at Fitbit's servers fixes it -- I usually tag @EmersonFitbit who comes to the rescue.
