I installed a new battery in my FitBit Zip. I had to push the positive connector out in order for the battery to connect because the Zip wasn't recognizing it. It worked for several days, no impacts or anything, but suddenly, I go to sync it this morning, and it's saying the battery is low again. I'm definitely sure it's the connector again, and I see that a lot of people are having this problem when they REPLACE the batteries, but I already went through that. I shouldn't be having this problem with the very light usage I conduct every day. Perhaps it's too late for me to replace the Zip or anything like that. I've already had it for at least two years by now, but maybe FitBit can fix this so that other people stop having this problem, whether they're replacing the battery or not. In the meantime, do you guys have any suggestions on how I can keep that connector working properly?

Thanks for stopping by @ReinaMerrick! I really appreciate your feedback about the Zip. This is really helpful for us and keep us improving our products and services.
Regarding the inside spring on your Zip, I would recommend checking this post by @vomitofthemind about how to fix the inside battery spring on your Zip tracker.
I hope this helps, keep me posted! 😉

I tried that and followed the instructions to a tee. I even tried another suggestion I found in that same thread about placing a piece of cardboard between the battery and the battery door. Neither worked. My screen is still dead.
