I am a woman above the age of 50 and I would like to know why there is no facility for women’s health for women above the age of 50.

Welcome to the Forums @Anna2007.
Unfortunately I don't think I fully understand what is it that you are referring to. Are you referring to the Female Health section of the Fitbit app? Or are you referring to something else? If something else, could you elaborate a bit more? Please let me know so that I can properly answer your question.
Look forward to your reply.

I am referring to the Female Health section of the app. As you know, women above a certain age no longer have menstrual cycles so there is little use in asking them about them.
