I have replaced my battery twice today. Getting expensive to replace every six hours. Do I need to buy a new Fir bit?

Welcome to the forums @ml65! This is an odd situation. In this case, I would recommend checking the metal spring inside the Zip's battery compartment. Sometimes your tracker will have battery issues when this is bent. Here is a picture of how it should look like:

Thank you. It's not hent. So I called costumer support and they were extremely helpful. My bir had one day left under a year warranty, so they are sending me a new one.
Fortunate for sure.

I too am suffering this problem I am sick to death of replacing the battery. I use a zip and an Alta as I have broken my hip. I bought mine in November after my accident the battery lasted until last week and Ive had to put 3 in since. Gutted. My battery terminal is not bent What is the number for UK customer service
