Hey @Pauline1963_7 welcome to the Community! don't worry. I'm pretty sure this can be fixed by restarting your Zip. Just follow the steps below:
1. Open the battery door using the battery door tool and remove the battery.
2. Wait 10 seconds.
3. Place the battery back into the tracker with the "+" side facing up, and close the door.
Also, please make sure you have the correct timezone setting on your Fitbit account.

Yes it comes with it.
