Fit bit zip will not return to 00 at midnight

I have been in Singapore, Bangkok and Kuching for the past  few weeks.  When I returned to the states, my fitbit zip   will not return to zero at midnight. I think it has something to do with the time zone.  Do I erase my fitbit  on my iphone and then install it again? Please let me know asap.

Have installed new battery #2032 -  (#2025 would not activate my Zip - Emails back and forth regarding this, still no explanation).

 

Need instruction on how to set Zip to correct time.....
