My FitBit Zip syncs with my phone but not my challenges

Nice to see you here @PegLeg61! This sounds odd. Please try logging out from your Fitbit app, then rebooting your phone. Once your phone is up, log back in.

Also, here some possible reasons for this:

  • You could be manually logging steps. (Only steps recorded by your tracker, MobileRun or MobileTrack are counted toward challenges).
  • Challenge participants are not in the same timezone as the creator of the Challenge.

Let me know the outcome! 😉

My FitBit Zip matches the Dashboard on my phone.
Problem is my DASHBOARD does not match my CHALLENGES.
There are no time zone issues because I started the challenges.
Is it because challenges don't include time on a recumbent bike?

Thank you,
