Zip resets when I sync

I only sync every few days and every time I've done this lately, my Zip has gone to zero and my account steps don't count any of them, so it's useless. Any ideas?

Thanks for stopping by @Siren74! This sounds odd. To ensure that your tracker is working correctly, restart it. While restarting your tracker, check if the metal spring is correctly aligned as described in this post. Also, to ensure that your tracker is syncing correctly set it up as a new device

 

Finally, if you remember the amount of steps that are missing you can manually log them
