Fitbit Should Help With Fact that it is Easy to Lose

The FitBit ZIP is extraordinarily easy to loose.  I have lsot two of them.   I know it is cheap, but that is no excuse.

 

FitBit should help us by prohibiting someone from registering a ZIP (or any FitBit) that is currently registered to someone else.

Welcome to the forums @Berkshireview! To set up a Zip, you'll need an original Fitbit USB Wireless Dongle; to register a Zip you need to create an account and set up the tracker.

 

If you believe that one of your lost Zip is being used by someone who shouldn't, please let our Customer Support team know about this.
