I would like to invite my uncle to be a friend on my fitbit but under contacts it shows he doesn't have a Fitbit even though he does. How do I solve this issue?

Hi, @Stacey76 , have you tried inviting him using his email address instead?  That usually works for me.

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
