I would like to see an update or refresh to the existing Fitbit Zip.  It's my favorite tracker because it is discrete and doesn't bother my wrist like the others.  There could be improvements such as new bluetooth chip that syncs better or uses less energy, possibly rechargeable instead of watch batteries, altimeter so you can see when you're going up and down stairs, or an ePaper display that uses less energy than the LCD. These are just a few ideas that could be improved for the existing Zip.

@derekmski101 Thanks for joining the Fitbit family! Those are great ideas! The best thing to do is to post this on the Feature Suggestions Board. I was actually making some research and was able to find these ideas:
