My Fitbit Zip has suddenly stopped syncing with my iPad. I usually sync manually to save battery on the Zip, and the last time I did that was 10/11/2020. I tried syncing it today and it wouldn't work. When I tap Sync Now nothing happens. Are Zips now obsolete by Fitbit, or does the app just need to be fixed? A response to kmchan@linkline would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Best AnswerI received instructions to restart the Zip (take the battery out, wait ten seconds, put the battery back), and that worked perfectly. My Zip is now synch-able again!
