My Fitbit Zip has suddenly stopped syncing with my iPad. I usually sync manually to save battery on the Zip, and the last time I did that was 10/11/2020. I tried syncing it today and it wouldn't work. When I tap Sync Now nothing happens. Are Zips now obsolete by Fitbit, or does the app just need to be fixed? A response to kmchan@linkline would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I seem to be having the same issue with my zip not syncing to my iphone. Looks like my last sync was 10/19. I can't seem to get it to connect via bluetooth.
I received instructions to restart the Zip (take the battery out, wait ten seconds, put the battery back), and that worked perfectly. My Zip is now synch-able again!
