When setting up my Zip I keep getting the message HTTP error 500. I started again and reinserted battery but made no difference.

Thanks for trying the restart on your Zip. This error is usually linked to a server error or to the internet connection that you're using. I would suggest re-installing Fitbit app and attempting to pair on LTE network. What device are you using to sync? Have you tried a different device to set up your Zip?

This error is usually linked to a server error or to the internet connection that you're using. I would suggest re-installing Fitbit app and attempting to pair on LTE network. What device are you using to sync? Have you tried a different device to set up your Zip?

Thanks for the suggestions. Afraid none worked. Finally worked today 7 days after old account closed. Not at all impressed.
