I got a Fitbit Zip for Christmas and whilst it syncs fine, the firmware won't update. I've tried updating it on my phone, computer and tablet but it is still stuck on 5.72. I've also restarted the Zip and devices multiple times but no luck, and have removed the Zip from my account before re-adding it. As soon as I start the update I get a "Could not complete your Fitbit Zip update" error message.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the steps that you've tried until now. It looks like you're doing the correct steps to update your Zip. You didn't mention what device you're using but you can try with a different device or computer too. The suggested steps are here: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? But if this is not working, we might have to get in touch with our support team.

Same exact issue for me, plus I’ve tried to make updates from my laptop instead. Still no luck. Can’t update tracker. Stuck on 5.72
