Fitbit Zip not found

I lost my original fitbit zip.I removed it and tried to add another one but when I click add new device it just keeps searching and never finds the fitbit. Also the time is an hour behind. It seems to count the steps but doesn't sync anything.

Hi @Toie - What are you trying to sync the Zip to? (Phone? Tablet?)  Is its OS compatible? See below. The time difference should correct itself once you successfully add the device and sync it. 

  • Apple iOS 11 or higher
  • Android OS 7.0 or higher
  • Windows 10 version 1607.0 or higher

Hi I’m tryin connect to iPhone 7 and laptop like it was before I removed to reinstall. I’m using IOS 13.3. None of my steps sync.
