Fitbit Zip steps not showing on android app dashboard &MFP not syncing

Hi

 

So I have two problems. First, my steps and exercise (zumba) were not showing up on MFP. I'd put in zumba on MFP, see it for 2 secs and it'd disappear. Then my fitbit steps wouldn't show on MFP at all!! So when I revoked the sync and synced again, then reinstalled the fitbit app on my phone just to be safe, it stopped showing the steps on the android app dashboard completely!

 

What do I do?

Nice to see you around @zsa81! Smiley Happy I recommend to relink MFP with your Fitbit app by sign into your Fitbit dashboard, click the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "Settings" from the drop-down menu, on the left side of your screen click "Applications." under MyFitnessPal, click "Revoke Access." and finally, you can then re-link the two accounts by going to http://www.fitbit.com/apps/myfitnesspal and test it.
