Did a firmware update a month ago or so and since then my Zip has twice zeroed out unexpectedly. Both times the battery was OK, Zip was on, but showed zero paces. This morning I checked it by tapping display during a walk and everything seemed OK (reported 2900 paces), but when I got back home and synced with my iPad it had reset itself to zero. Also failed to save data for most of yesterday. Wondering if the sync itself caused the reset (just synced again now and it didn't zero out).
Have used the Zip for more than 5 years before the firmware update and this has never happened before.
