After using fitbit trackers for years I'm sick of the sync issues. I'm switching to another brand. I really loved the zip when it worked. I don't want a wrist devise. I think the company lost me.

I agree. Worked fine until my new Motorola phone. I'll record my steps manually! Too much hassle with app. Removing it from my phone
