Fitbit not sync

I've been tryg to sync my fitbit with my phone and it haven't sync since noon today. What to do.

I am having the same problem. This is a really bad deal. There is no one out there to help. Is there a better tracker on the market. ? I am ready to chuck this one

I tried everything from reinstalling the program to removing the battery etc. It wouldn't sync with the Zip setting on top of the dongle. I found out that if I tell it to sync, it says to try again and again. I found that, if I try it again, or just after it asks to sync, if I just drop the Zip onto my mouse pad from a couple of inches it will alway sync with in a very few seconds. I am wondering if someone else could try that and see if it helps them sync the Zip

try garmin,they might have a tech support as good as their gps sales have,they where the first in the buisness

I contacted the fitbit chat for help and they fixed my syncing problem

Sorry, Fitbit, but his is way too big a problem to keep ignoring it!. .  Why can't yopu just put a "SYNCH NOW" button on the dashboard.  This is a very frustrating problem.  I can't get mine to synch - have had this problem all along.  Then a while later I turn it on and it has synched.  This is SO FRUSTRATING, especially when you change time zones!!!!!

I'm having the same issue my sinc button disappeared yesterday. tried uninstalling, both computer and phone. I even restarted the fitbit but no luck.

I have been able to sync my fitbit, if I move it back and forth in front of
the USB fitbit connection. It appears the fitbit has to be in motion for
the computer to sync with it.

The sinc part of the app is missing. The counter is gone too. Uninstaller
and reinstalled no luck

Me too!!! Mine hasn't synced since Saturday afternoon AND I changed the battery that day and it died in Monday 😡

I don't know, but have you checked under *settings* on the fitbit website.
They can turn your fitbit display off and on, at least on my fitbit zip

Tap it on the table while watching the display. If you see it flicker or
come back on, the battery contacts are probably not making good contact.
Fitbit had me try to respring the contacts for a better connection, but
that wasn't the problem. I can always sync my fitbit by moving it back and
forth in front of the computer, but it won't, if I just set it next to
the computer.

Anyone out there know what is going on??? My fitbit hasn't synced since last Thursday and I'm really starting to get PO'd!!! Sent messages and questions, but no one has bothered to answer them!!!!!!! Hello fitbit people...you're supposed to be helping us not ignoring us 😛

solved the fitbit sync not syncing with my zip.

found that if you tap your zip when you click on sync------make sure your zip shows the TiME.

works for me
