Hi everyone and good to see you around @r1. Thank you for sharing this tip for syncing issues. in fact it helps to tap the tracker. Is one of the recommendations when you are doing the initial set up of your tracker. So I'm sure your post it will be helpful to address this issue.
I was reading previous posts on this thread and I had to offer an apology for not posting any update recently. So if any of you are still having issues to sync your Zip, please take a look at this other post. Note that the post Is located in the Charge HR board, but these posts provide different troubleshooting steps for different devices. So it might worth to take a look if you have Android, iOS, Windows or you are syncing through a computer.
