Have been syncing but no change. Checked time zone setting-looks OK but I lose steps every day and since I use it as my watch too it would be nice if it corrected itself. Any suggestions?

Nice to see you here @yukongal1 and @Coyote54! It sounds like your tracker is not communicating with your account. To ensure this, please check this tips on how to fix syncing issues. Also, if this doesn't help try setting your tracker as a new device.
