Sync error try again for zip

Up to yesterday my zip synced ok. But today I am getting  async error please try again.

Tried the following

Removed and changed battery

 Reinstalled app

Turn off and on Bluetooth

Restarted android

Turn off and on location

Tried a different device. Read erik's article nothing helps

Nice to see you here @Jeanie420i! Thanks for the troubleshot you performed. Please double check if you have follow these tips to fix syncing issues. If this doesn't work, try setting it up as a replacement device
