Fitbit zip battery lasted 10 days

My first battery lasted about 5 months. Since November have been putting a new battery in every month. Well this time it only last 9 days. Getting really annoyed now, the money I've spent on batteries I could have bought a different device. No contact information for a UK customer services. - Now over a year old so can't return to Amazon.
