My Fitbit is marking my steps but my phone keeps telling me that my Fitbit can't be found could you help me.please

The usual things to try when you get syncing / connection issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

Sorry to hear that. I guess that means you are no longer in warranty. If customer support can't help then I'm afraid that's the end of your fitbit.

It is not a zip problem. It is a software problem that Support is ignoring. Fit bit zip is fine. Battery full. Worked Friday. Now app does not find zip. But works fine on laptop.

Yes they told me to use another phone or a lab top so they know that's a
possibility that can work but I told them I can't afford a new phone or a
lab top so they said I don't know what to tell you that's the only way we
can find out if it's your ZIP I wanted to cuss at least a hundred times

I don't think I should have to buy another one when I haven't had this  one Fitbit Zip that long and having nothing but trouble with it I tried everything you ask of me and I still AM having nothing but trouble I should be eligible for a up graded on one I was looking at them and I seen one  for a in expensive one I seen the one for only 2,500 points please consider it

I don't think this post is for me. I am not Fitbit support. But this is not
a device problem but a Fitbit software problem which they are not helping
with.
