Friend not showing on list

My friend is not showing up on my dashboard.  When I tried to reinvite her I got a message saying she was already my friend.

Hey there @wingsdesigns! Thanks for sharing your experience. To further assist you I have a couple of questions:

 

  • When you go to Fitbit.com/friends  is your friend showing on the list?
  • Have your friend synced in the last 7 days?
  • Do you have more than 100 friends?
  • Is your friend missing from the Fitbit App and Online Dashboard?

Yes, she is showing on my list.  It looks like there is no activity so perhaps she has not been syncing.  I only have the one friend.  Yes she is missing from my dashboard.

Thanks for the reply @wingsdesigns! I appreciate a lot that you have answered my questions. The list of friends that appear on your Dashboard is the 7 days leader board. This means that it compares you with your friends for the past 7 days. For your friends to appear in this list they need to sync during the week.
