Alternate syncing with Zip and Flex2

I have both a Zip and Flex 2. The Flex 2 is a recent purchase, I am still using the Zip. I am finding that my device is syncing more often with the flex and not with the Zip. When I try to sync Zip it goes back to searching for the Flex and syncing it. I want to be able to alternate which one I use. Is there a way to select the one and have it sync?

Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @Deniseha! I appreciate that you have shared your experience with the multiple device feature. Currently, is not possible to select a default device to sync first.

For best results, don't wear more than one device at a time and sync each device before taking it off and putting on another you need to keep your device at least 10 feet away from your phone to avoid this. You can read more about this in the help article Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

Also, you can turn off the All Day Sync and Live Data options from your Fitbit app. To do so, you need to go to account, then tap the picture of your tracker and scroll down and disable these options. Then, at the time you'd like to sync you'll need to tap the picture of the tracker you'd like to sync, scroll down and select Sync Now.

I hope this helps, keep me posted! 🙂
