Hello from Nevada! Bought a fitbit zip from Amazon on 3/13/22 and it is now dead. It went through about a battery every 2 months. How do I return it?

Hello @Sharrongeg and welcome to the Community. Fitbit discontinued the Zip in 2019. Amazon is an Authorized Retailer, but it is also a marketplace. Many other sellers list products. An item must be listed as shipped and sold by Amazon for Fitbit warranty coverage. If you bought your Zip from a third-party seller on Amazon, then it isn't covered by Fitbit's warranty. Sorry.
