I created a profile back in 2015 when i did not have a device and now i have linked my Zip to my account but all my friends say they see me inactive even after changing all the settings for friends to view my information etc. The only other solution i can come up with is to deactivate my account and start again. Does anybody have any suggestions before I deactivate and lose all my data?

Hello @LBB28, thanks for joining us. It's a pleasure for me to welcome you to the Community! 

If you created your account a long time ago, please go to your personal settings on the online Dashboard and check if you have an option that says Show Me/Hide Me, change it to Show Me in case it appears so your friends can see you. 

In case this options is not displayed on your profile, my best recommendation would be contacting our Support Team. Let them know about this situation, I'm sure they will be more than happy to get you back on track.

I have not got this option available on my dashboard I have looked through every tab and there is nothing that suggests the hide me or show me option.

After checking this further, I was able to verify that this is a bug that is currently affecting the app. Our developing team is now working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
