Inconsistent Active minutes on weekly goal

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’m trying to get my exercise program going after surgery, and I’m frustrated that my recorded active minutes aren’t transferring to my weekly exercise goals. Any tips?   If I add brisk walking time to the activity count, it double counts my steps.

Welcome to the Forums @Mamajude10! Thansk for sharing your experience with your active minutes. To better assist you I have a couple of questions:

  • How are you keeping track of your active minutes?
  • Can you please attach a screenshot if the incorrect information and the amount you should have?
  • Are you seeing this difference in the app, and on the online Dashboard too?
  • Is the difference on the tracker and on the app?
  • Are you manually logging an activity?
  • Are you using a 3rd party app?

Keep in mind that sometimes, customers report a decrease in active minutes after logging an activity, which can occur if what your tracker recorded was more intense than what you logged. For more information about active minutes What are active minutes?

Keep me posted! 🙂
