I replaced my Zip as instructed using an Android app. Installed software on computer as well. New Zip showing up fine, but it has been 4 days since defective Zip synced. How do I get activity from old Zip onto Dashboard?

You an only have one Zip in use on your account at one time. Once you set up the new Zip, it replaced the old one. The data from the old Zip won't sync to the account. You could go back and log activities which would equal the amount of steps taken during that time.
Your new Zip doing well? I like the little Zip myself!
