Hey @P70795, a warm welcome to the Community! Sounds too bad that your Zip is dropping your steps... but don't worry, let me see if I can help! By any chance have you tried to restart your tracker? just remove the battery for 10 seconds and then put it back in. You can also review the battery level of your Zip by syncing it, maybe it needs to be replaced.
