Out on my usual run and fitbit zip came off my waistband?! Totally lost without it. Will fitbit replace?

It's nice to see our Community is growing @Pinkoparish! Welcome! Smiley HappyI noticed @SunsetRunner  provided you with a great suggestion. I'd like to add that maybe before contacting Customer Support you can try to find your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread.

Thank you, however I contacted customer support and am really disappointed with the response. My fitbit clip was lose and that's how I lost it, yet all I've been advised is how to try and track it, go to the last place I had it etc which I've already done!!! Not much support!!!
