I’ve had my zip since 2012...I’ve used it on my journey to health and fitness...it’s. It’s become a part of me...even though I have an Iwatch I rely on my Zip for motivation and tracking my true steps...I’ve purchased several holders because they tend to break, in fear of loosing it I replace them...well my holder was broken ordered new holders again...well I lost my FB ZIP yesterday of came off my sports bra...terrible I went to two different stores to find one and there were none! Today my holder package arrived... this has been a piece of me for 6 years... so upsetting😢

Terrible story, sorry about what happened to your Zip. I know that it was a part of your life, I think that you can find the Fitbit Zip on the online store. We have a list of authorized retailers too. Did you read the information here: What should I do if I lose my Fitbit device?
