Lost data for Feb 12-14

Both my husband and my Zips seem to have had the data cleared for Feb 12-14 - they show 0 steps for those days . There's data for Feb 11 and for today though. Anyone else experiencing this random loss of data for those dates too?

I would contact support so they can look into your account. I am not missing any data on those days. So something is not right

I'm having a similar problem, but with different dates. My Zip seemed to be tracking just fine and then tonight when I checked my weekly progress, all my steps and data have been erased for the last 4 days (Feb 14-19). I can't find info on why this would happen or whether I can get the data back. Help!
