Lost fit bit zip

I lost my fit bit zip this afternoon.  It somehow fell out of the case clip that it was in.  I work at New York life Insurance company, Dallas Texas and ride the Dart train.  If anyone happens to see a black fit bit zip laying around please contact me!  Thank you.

Maybe you can find your tracker by following those steps. If by any chance you're unable to find your tracker please feel free to contact our Customer Support team and I'm pretty sure they'll provide you with a good solution for this.

I found my fit bit zip! It was on the floor near my desk at work! I just don't understand how it got out of the case clip lol. Thanks for the help.

Hey there @Hicks76 thanks for the update! So glad to hear this my friend! I'd like to know if your Zip is not loose in the belt clip since this might be the reason why it fell off your pocket. If it is, you can contact our Customer Support team so they can provide you with some options to resolve this.
