Lost steps from a few days ago

Hi,

I sync my fitbit zip every day and it has somehow deleted my data from a few days ago.

It is giving me calories burnt but no steps or distance.

I have logged out and then logged back into my account.

Thanks,

@tfairy Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I will recommend restarting your Fitbit Zip. This will fix any inaccuracies. Also, you can add those steps back if you log an activity manually. It will give you accurate information!

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

Hi,

This doesn't seem to be helping.

It deleted all my steps done today and is taking ages to sync and always saying the incorrect time.

@tfairy Thanks for your reply! Try this timezone troubleshooting to fix the time using the Fitbit app. If your tracker keeps deleting the steps and won't sync after restart; the best thing to do will be to report the problems to customer support

Hi,

Unfortunately this didn't help. The link for customer support took me to a page of people complaining about the fitbit charge? Please can I have contact details for any fitbit team (preferably in the UK) so I can resolve this? I have been using my fitbit for less than 6 months and it is already broken!

@tfairy Absolutely, go to this link and you will find several options to contact them. I recommend calling to the number there (it is for the UK), but you can also select live chat or email support!
