I changed the battery in my fitbit but I lost all my steps have rest app time now correct but steps are still missing help please

Hello @Duddy123 and welcome aboard to our Community. Usually the steps should not be lost while you are changing the battery, so this certainly is an unexpected behavior.

 

i wonder how long your tracker remain whitout battery?

 

Note that if the steps are missing there is no way to recover them, but as a workaround you can log a manual activity on your Dashboard to average the amount of steps from that day. If you need more information about manually log activities please take a look at this post.
