Hi Everyone,
I went to take the dog for a walk tonight but forgot to wear my Zip. When I came back, I manually entered the walk into my log. We walked 1.8 miles in an hour. My dashboard shows my new step total to reflect the walk but it did not update my calories burned, miles walked, or total active minutes. Does anyone know why? Is there a way to enter those manually as well?
Thank you for the help!

@macysknits Welcome to the Community! It is normal to not see active minutes from a manually logged activity since active minutes can only be tracked from wearing the tracker. However, your dashboard should include the calories burned and distance walked. If you are still not seeing this information, do you mind taking a screenshot of this issue on your dashboard and attaching it to this thread?
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions. ![]()
