i am no longer receiving the emailed Fitbit Newsletter with my weekly activity.

Thanks for reaching out the Forums. If you're not getting your weekly reports, please check your spam folder for the email; as it might be getting there. To prevent this from happening in the future, we also recommend checking your spam filter settings. Other things to consider:

 

  1. Verify settings are correct. Check  that the notifications for Weekly Summary is "on".
  2. Make sure you've synced the Sunday before the report was sent out. Please note that you will not receive reports if you only have a scale paired. They must have a tracker paired on your account.
  3. If issue persists we might have to request a ticket for you.

In my Fitbit app I clicked on the Notification icon and all it shows is "No notifications to display".

 

I stopped receiving my weekly stats at the end of September.  I've been meaning to try to figure out why, but time slipped past me.

Can you please try in the Fitbit.com Dashboard on the browser? You can also check if by any chance it is not on the spam folder in your email inbox. Otherwise, I'll open a case for you instead!

The email box is checked next to weekly summary. I check my Spam folder daily and they are not going there.
