Reset to 0 when synced

I noticed my time was off so synced my Fitbit and it reset to zero and still didn't reset the time correctly. Took battery out and cleaned inside Zip and when I resynced again it again reset to 0 and I had taken steps during that time. Also showing my battery is low. Batteries last either a week or months. What gives. Here it is 745pm and I have lost all my steps!

Wow, thanks for checking all those details you've done a terrific job. I can tell that you took some time to review the correct troubleshooting. I was just wondering if you also confirm if the metal contacts inside of your Zip aren't bent, take a look of this post.
