Multiple Fitbit Zips

How do I create a separate Fitbit zip account so that husband and wife can keep separate data for two zips? PC with dongle and iPad have same e-mail address. Wife's account is on PC; when I log in on iPad I get her account.

Hello and welcome to the forums @Daldoggie

 

You must each have your own account. You can share the dongle, the computer or iPad, but you must have your own email address and password account with Fitbit.

 

Log out of your account and get her set up. The device pairs to the email address, so she will need one.
