I've got myself into a muddle with more than one tracker attached to my account. I have an alta and a one. I previous had both attached to my account and they were syncing brilliantly. I deleted the One from my account to try a Zip - my old tracker - but now when I try and add back in my One tracker the only option I have is to use a single tracker - replace my alta! On the app if I now try "add a device" the page hangs once I try and select the type of tracker I'm adding. I've tried adding from desktop too, but can't see anywhere to add more than one tracker. Could it be that in the background my account has reached a limit for trackers I can add? If so, how do I clear it?

Hey @Tonycuth that's weird, you should be able to have multiple tracker set up to your account as long as they are different models. You should follow the regular steps to set up a Fitbit tracker when doing this, please check the steps and video on this post
