My zip it won't turn on and it says I have medium battery, I tried taking the battery out and reset it but it didn't work.

Try leaving the battery out for a few minutes and be sure the connectors are clean. You can use rubbing alcohol to clean them.

 

Also, if you have a spare battery, try using that. I know some button batteries don't always last as long as others.
