My Zip won't pair

I can't get my zip to pair. I put in the code and the screen goes back to the main screen and my zip is not there.

Hi @Captainkodak1 - which phone are you pairing to? What is the OS version?  An iPhone needs to be at 13.4 or higher and an Android requires 10 or higher. It’s been a very long time since I had any experience with a Zip but the operating system could possibly be part of the problem.
