Zip won't sync

Since I've had an upgrade on my laptop, my Zip doesn't sync.  I contacted Fitbit and they said that they no longer support Zip.  I am devastated.  I loved checking my progress.  Anyway around this peeps?

Hi @CBG357  the Zip was discontinued in 2019, but not sure why you got with Garmin, since it's a Fitbit product. Any chance you have a compatible smartphone you could use for it? I have a friend with Android 10 and an old Zip and it works great for them.

Sorry I meant Fitbit not Garmin - that's the watch I have that's not working either!   Thanks for your suggestion of using my phone. Had a look but can't find the App. for Zip!

There is only one Fitbit app for Android or iOS and when we download it, it's only going to give us the latest for that system. Example: older Android phones trying to get the app from Fitbit might not find it. The requirements now being Android 10 as a minimum to download the app.
