Need help understanding aerobic steps

I've recently started running... not far, but am slowly building up.  So far my Zip doesn't 

acknowledge more than about 550 aerobic steps, even if I've run for more than 2500 steps.

I don't pause or stop at all during this time.  Can you help me understand how the aerobic

tracking function works?  thanks!

Hi there @LynnGardner it's great to know you have a Zip, this model will be very useful with step based activities, since you're completing aerobics sessions I would recommend manually logging those activities in order to get more accurate information. 🙂
